Local Studies Re-opens with temporary hours
Havering Local Studies Library
From Monday 6th July 2026 the Local Studies Library will be open:
Monday 10am-1pm
Tuesday 9am-1pm
Friday 9am-1pm

to make an appointment.
Normal hours will resume in due course.
